The HPE Foundation Care Service is a collection of hardware and software services designed to help you improve the availability of your IT infrastructure. Technical resources from Hewlett Packard Enterprise collaborate with your IT team to help you handle hardware and software issues with HPE and selected third-party products. The service offers remote diagnostic and support for HPE Foundation Care-covered hardware, as well as onsite hardware repair if necessary to fix an issue. This service may also include Basic Software Support and Collaborative Call Management for non-HPE software for qualified HPE hardware devices.
